Q:Suspended purchase

Hello, this is my first time purchasing zen, and my purchase was suspended due to security filters scoring a slightly large fraud score. I just wanted to make sure I've taken the correct steps to amend this.

I received an email from the PWE billing department asking for some specific information, so I replied to the email with the information included. Is that the correct way to go about this? As far as payment methods go, I'm using Google checkout with a prepaid mastercard, if that helps any.

    Actually, it seems that was corrected and the purchase went through. Thanks a bunch PWE billing department for the quick response. :3
