After lvl 19 still able?

Hello was wondering if the lvl 19 fb is doable AFTER lvl 19?

Meaning can i do it even after i am above lvl 19?
PITY,REGRET, AND MERCY are just EXCUSES for the strong not to kill the weak!

    yes. I didn't do mine until I was 22. Not sure where or if there is a cut off, but you at least have a few levels. Better to get it done sooner though and get that weapon!

    Yes you can do it after lvl 19. There may be a limit for starting it though, like with the solo quests that you can't be 10 levels over the requirement but I think you can do it at any level if you already started the quest (and have the tab).

    And I agree, the weapon is really good. :)

    As far as I know, there is no limit in terms of lvl. Which means, you can get your tablet after lvl 19. I only finished my cultivation quest (prerequired for the tablet lvl 21/22).

    However, I'm not sure wether there is time limit or not once you've obtained the tablet.
