Lost my "inherent" skill...

OK, I'm new... now that's out of the way... on to the my question:
I have stumbled my way to a level 18 cleric. I was in Plume City and learning some skills... I added one to the shortcut bar on the bottom of my screen and didn't like the placement so I moved it. I put it in my F5 spot thinking that it would simply switch places with Meditate (inherent ability for winged elves) but it did NOT. Meditate symply disappeared and I don't know how to get it back!
As a cleric, meditate is essential to me in order to keep the cost of healing down.
How do I get it back?
