How long does it take to get a response from a ticket? I lost over 2.3mil in the gold auction house. No coins showed in the deposit area but it took all my coins outa my inventory. I submitted the ticket like 3 days ago.

    PWE staff does their best to answer tickets within 24 hours unfortuanetly that is not always possible due to some events. Also some E-mail providers have flagged PWE answers and may put them in the spamfolder or outright block them. Try sending in a new ticket with a second E-mail address to answer to. From experience G-mail seems the most reliable.
