One man army?

Guys, I wanna ask u about this chain of quests "one man army" that can be obtained from almost all cities in the game. I just wanna ask what's the reward when u kill all the monsters.... and... is there a reward at all. Cause if there isn't I don't see the point in these quests.

    1 celestone fragment and 1-3 rep (1 on low lvs, 2 on mid lvs, 3 on high lvs).

    plus the xp + spirit you get fro mkilling all those creatures.

    And since they make you grind in one place quite a while you get loads of DQ items (=money). If you're mid-level you can walk away with 100K after ca 3 runs. And of course sacking ca 120 mobs to get that 100K give you some exp too whether you want it or not. :)

    One thing isn't clear, yet. When do I get the reputation points? When I kill the requested 30 - 40 etc mobs of one type or when I kill all required mobs.

    when you kill the 40 mobs or w/e you turn in the quest and get the rep +celestone fragment
