    Well, a light armor build would have a higher crit rate than an arcane build, however, I would hesitate to call it a "crit wizard."
    You're going to have more dex, for certain, but from what I've read, the amount of crit you get from it is on the scale of a couple percent.

    Someone asked the same question about the christmas blessing in the general discussion (perhaps it was you) and it received an answer there.
    Just for the sake of the thread, the reply was along the lines of,
    Yes, the christmas blessing is good to have, but it's not worth going out of your way to get unless you have spare time and money.

    Just remember each 20 dex you get 1% critical. So, if you keep your character upgraded, you get roughly:
    lv20 = +1% crit
    lv40 = +2% crit
    lv60 = +3% crit
    lv80 = +4% crit
    lv100 = +5% crit

    You will do crit on a nice rate, but remember your damage will be from 10% to 20% weaker than a pure INT wizard. The extra crits will just help recovering that drawback, but wont obtain same result. Remember, you are trading attack power for survival ability.
