Bought gold in game now how do I use PWB

I've read Auctioneer "How to's" and about 30 other posts that I thought could help, but maybe the right question hasn't been asked.

I need bigger inventory. I noticed the PW boutique sells one for 3 gold. I don't purchase zen. I bought 3 gold from an in game player. But I don't know how to buy it from PWB. I went to auctioneer but it talks about converting gold to cash and cash to gold. Nothing about HOW to use it in PWB. In PWB there is the "buy" button, but it stays grayed out. Please give steps on what to do, where to go, how to go and all that so that I may purchase stone from PWB.

    You need to make sure that you have purchased the 3 gold, not just set up an offer. After you recieve the 3 gold, you can use it by pressing "O" and be able to purchase the item you wanted. There is no way to transfer gold back to ZEN btw.

    EDIT: Oh by the way, if you bought something directly from another player instead of through the auctioneer, it probably isn't the gold that you can use in the boutique.
