Can you change your sex to a char like from female to male and don't lose anything?

    Gender is an inherent part of a character's designation, and can not be changed after character creation, as far as I know.

    If you change from male to female you would lose SOMETHING ! b:chuckle
    Seriously, is there a game or MMO that lets you do that ? That's a big ask !
