Customer service question

I sent in a very important ticket 3 days ago and still have no response. Is there anyone working this week? Maybe a GM or someone can PM me in forums to talk about my issue

    Well think about what time of year it is. The holidays are just ending now so they have been out with their own familes. The staff are people too. They most likely have a massive amount of mail to deal with at this point so give it more time.

    Zoe is correct due to the New Year most of the staff is not in office and won't be till monday. Here on the forums it is mostly just us Moderators though the Forum GM's may at times check in. Depending on the issue you have your best bet is most likely to wait till monday.

    I've gotten a pair of PMs over this matter, so I'll try to clarify here. 'Cause everyone does a search before posting a new thread or PMing... -.0

    Perfect World Entertainment aims for a ticket response time within 24 hours, but this can not be guarranted. Apparently there's some need for food, water, and even 'days off', whatever that means. This is the major holiday for a lot of Western countries.

    This problem has been unsolved since Wednesday. It's a very simple problem to fix as it has happened already to me before. Two people missing important tw and grind time because an easy problem has been neglected... nothing against you mods but if the ban's are going to be automated when a mistake is made the user shouldn't have to pay for it.

    I agree, cause my friend got a ban last 3 days, when he didnt even log into his account. he's 100% clean, no cheat/hacks or watever. He just played normal, logged out, then 2 days later, logged in, then found that he was banned. He's TW member as well. And there's no notification email from GM for this issue.

    And he and I paid quite alot for this game as well....
