i found a bug
it happened 2 days ago and i tried to contract gm but no one reply me
i went to Khatru pup and plan to do Cube and i found another option which is City of Abomination which only for lv 80+ but im only lv 68 and somehow i able to get in
once after i got in some weird character show off and my PWI shut down right away.. and i lost 100k for to tele there
if it possible i want my 100k back b:cry since im broke

    that sucks, how many days passed when u contacted the tech support?

    2 days .. wasted 2 trumps to get contact with gm.. but not seem to be work
    and posted on general discussion but no one reply xD so then i try here

    Please do not use World Chat to yell for a GM. It's not the way to contact them, and they likely won't even see the message unless they're actively looking for it. Either use the I'm Stuck feature, whisper /GM (once) with your issue, or contact the support ticket department. Again, do not use teleacoustics to ask for a GM; it will not work.

    Item ownership issues must be dealt with through the Support Ticket system. Please understand that there is a major holiday going on, so there will be a delay, but it's your best bet.
