Ticket reply time?

Hmm the GMs **** up and ban me for no reason. The only help I get is to open a ticket. Its been 3 days now and I have Territory Wars tonight and tomorrow night. Any suggestions? This whole ticket thing is getting out of hand, maybe live support would be better.

    You should have also gotten an e-mail to your registration e-mail account detailing the cause for the ban or suspension. Especially with e-mail accounts with AOL or Comcast, there is a risk that the mail was spam-filtered, so please also check your account's spam folder.

    PWE aims for a response time for a ticket within 24 hours, and usually responds in much less. Perfect World Entertainment can not guarantee that time period, though, especially during events like major holidays and weekends.
