XS or learn skills?

Hi all, this might seems a stupid questiion.

I have already had a HH70 axe but I m planning to buy 1 XS(axe of calamity) which give more dmg, hp and gd for pvp.
IN my server, they r around 7mil so just wondering whether i should buy that calamity axes or just use the whole 7mil to learn skill?
