Whats with this banned region ****?

For the second time now, I have been banned for playing the game from a banned region (not on this account). I live in Canada and that is not a banned region. I'm getting quite angry because I put my money into this game and I keep getting banned for this lame reason that makes no sense. Every time I send a detailed ticket it takes a day or two for a reply, and then I get asked for somthing else. So overall, I am getting banned without reason and am not able to connect to the game for about a week each time. When I finally get unbanned, they say "oops, sorry." I was forgiving the first time... but for this to happen again is just stupid. And when I talk to the GMs ingame, they are no help at all.b:angry

    Unfortuanetly issues such as yours can not be talked about on the forum as it is a private issue. Please send in a ticket to Costumer Support.
