question newbee archer

I feel really stupid played a lot games,but cant find for my archer the arowsb:chuckle,and weapons to buy.
Just started today,with her,and cant find a weapon or arrow seller.
She is only lvl 4 but im almost tru my arrows,so i need new ones.
Looked tru the town,at blacksmit,and archer trainer,but he doesnt sell arrows.
Please someone help me what npc do i need thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!b:byeb:victory

Be careful. The arrows for bow and arbalet are different. Don't waste your money on the wrong kind of arrows. b:laughMy people, some of them have run away to the hills
