Spotted Skymanta - Normal Speed +1.0


Does that mean it's speed is 1.0 or the Wave Pacer 2.5+1.0 speed? (Equals 3.5 speed)

So question is, is spotted skymanta speed 1.0 or 3.5 ? (m/s)

I'm pretty sure it's an equal speed to the wave pacer. The only difference is that you can buy wind widgets and put them on your flight mount and make it fast because it's a boutique item. Keep in mind though that you need about 160 wind widgets to make it go to the hasted speed. (1.0 - 3.0). I'm certain that buying the Spotted Skymant and the 160 wind widgets would cost about 20 gold; with the Skymant being 5 gold and the widgets being about 15 gold if buying 160 widgets is what you're doing. I haven't done the complete math yet because I prefer land mounts vs. flight mounts. And if you want speed, land mounts are the way to go because they can vary in speed from 8.0 to 10.0 and i think it's possible to get 11.0 with galewind spurs, but i haven't gotten to that yet, so i'm not sure. Flight mounts do give you more security because in the air you can be away from the agro mobs and you don't have a chance to be knocked off. Though, it is easier to swerve on land and not in the air so much since there is no ground under you to get perspective or to click on, and if you use W then you fight just not get the hang of things and be attacked anyways. Well, i highly doubt this helped, but who knows, it might have. >_> b:victory
