About flying rides (especially Nakir's Judgement)

I was thinking of getting a Nakir's Judgement and I was wondering how many times you can increase it's speed with those items (I think they are called wind widgets). Can anyone help me with this?

    You need about 160 wind widgets to increase a store bought flying mount's speed. ^^ That's cost a bit more than Galewind Spurs.
