Banned without a reason

I'm writing this on behalf of my friend, as his account was BANNED, without even a reason.

Please Contact me through my email after you have read through my email.

On 29 December, I still can logged in to my account to play, for a short time, I PKed 1 person in Lost city, he was level 7x,after that, i stayed in Lost city to rest, for about 1 hour, then i logged out.

Today, i try to log in my account, I WAS BANNED,

I DONT use third party software, DONT use any ****, cheats or whatever,
As i said, i PKed 1 person, then loged out, after that, i was BANNED

Please investigate in this case, and return the account to me as soon as possible, because I want to play this game.

    Issues such as yours can not be talked about on the forum as it is a private issue. Privacy rules on this forum are also the reason I edited your post and took your E-mail and accountname out. Please send in a ticket to Costumer Support.
