Other people don't see the real character

Hi! I play a character on Lost City and a friend, who plays as well, could see my character as I made it.

I created a new character on Heaven's Tear and what she sees now is completeley different than what my character looks like.

The hair, the body, all is different, why? Is it because I still have some time to modify my character? Only the ingame avatar looks like my character...

    as u went to another server, just a syggestion u might need to check the the game settings, hit crossed hammers, then ui tab the check the customisation box its not ticked
