Many Window XP installations default to having Windows Firewall active. In that case, you must allow exceptions for the launcher.exe, patcher.exe, and elementclient.exe in order for the game to properly work.

In rare cases, you may need to enable East Asian Language support or change CPU affinity, but most users do not need to.
