best chance to craft

I've heard that if you go to a certain blacksmith/tailor you have more chance to craft a good weapon/armor. Anyone know the coord of these?

    Some weeks ago, I was told the Blacksmith on Village of the Brutes had more chance to craft a 2 or 3 star weapon, because it's on a "Hidden location", and it was the only Blacksmith NPC without a coordinate set. But no... I leveled up my blacksmithing skill there and I only got 3 2-Star weapons and some armors with special stats, as with any other blacksmith on the game.

    in the MY version of the game I'm almost sure that there were those NPCs...red about it in a fan forum...

    I believe that Duke would have told you that you had to do your crafting right then. How long did you take to get there?
