Can't find any quests for lvl 17

I can't find anymore quests for lvl 17, i did the one where u needed to kill 20 charing sable in wellspring village and capture it and then kill the other monster but now i'm stuck.

I heard u can get another quest from Apothecary Master, although, i either did it or did not when i go to him he dosn't offer me any quests. b:cry


Any suggestions?
