problem with sutra

i got essential sutra now
in many guides it says the best combo would be DP-GS-SS-DP
but i cant hit more then 3 spels within the 6secs so my DP is always channeling.

i put the 4 skills in a combo but its still too slow
any tips??

    Hrmm, a problem may be your glacial is lower level than your DP, so the ranges are different, forcing you to run forward after the first DP thus wasting time. What I do, since my glacial will be level 1 for a while is do DP-SR-SS-DP. If your SS is lower than your DP, make sure you're in rage to hit the SS without having to run forward to cast it.

    thats not the problem, im always in range but there is a gap between every spell....

    Mmm is it a macro or a manual? I find manual always so much more reliable... I rarely ever use macros so I can be in complete control. Just mash the button till it casts then move on to the next spell.

    the animation makes it so u can only do 3-4 spells

    If you used the correct spells you'd get 5 spells with sutra.

    macros are slower than by hand also.

    When using Sutra pay attention to the 'Casting time' of the skill thats the only thing that matters. I find Sandstorm and Glacial Snare best for the end of the combo.

    But I'm like you I can't get that combo to work as much as I've tried, something to do with skill lag for me, i have to wait for the Sutra glow to appear before I mash the buttons otherwise I'll override Sutra and start casting a regular speed Divine Pyro >.<

    By the numbers breakdown on cast time in a 6 second window,
    DP+SS+SR+DP+Pyro should fit into the 5 seconds. It never ever does though. Advice?
