I have undertaken santa's quest and it requires me to deliver presents to the Village of Brutes. Where is it? I can't find it on the map. Someone help, please?

    its due west of plume city, where the structures are underneath the "vibrant cliffs" text

    You can go via the Southern Stronghold...elf town.
