How do i recharge the blue bar?

    your question lacks in detail, but I am going to take a shot in the dark that the bar you refer to is Acceleration meter. (flight device)

    The stones/crystals you get from decomposing gear (for instance Yiyuan Stones) can be dragged and dropped onto flight device to refill meter (note: from what someone else said here in forum type of stone needed at minimum is determined by 'level' of flight device).
    Perhaps the greatest secret to getting along with others lies in learning to respect their opinion(s) even while you disagree with them.
