This is typically a crappy skill by all means, but has anyone tried it out on a build centered around using it?
Assuming you were able to get the skill maxed and have all of your stat points in con wearing HP modified armors, would the skill be anywhere near respectable or would it still suck?

    Utterly useless...
    why build a character around a skill that a LA build could match in damage with maxed sandstorm WITHOUT losing 60% of your hp?
