I just bought a new PC...it has an AMD x4 9550 2.2Ghz Quad Core Processor, 6Gigs of DDR2 RAM, and I just put in my ATI 480 gfx card.

now, on the Settings options on the Launcher...it says that my RAM amount is 0. Yeah..Zero. Could anyone please help on this one?

Higher amounts of memory don't report correctly in a (pretty wide variation of) programs, especially in Windows operating systems, and even more especially in 32-bit Windows Systems (I hope you're running a 64-bit, though). That shouldn't result in any negative effects in-game, and rather obviously you can run everything at maxed settings. You can try deleting or renaming the C:\Program Files\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International\config\patcher\sysinfo.ini file to reanalyze the thing, but if the kernel isn't reporting it right to the patcher, it's not going to be detected.

Again, those numbers are only used to get recommended/optimized settings, so it's not a big issue.
