A Tormented Soul quest. Did I missed it?

I did not recieved any quest from below mention. why? (im a blademaster)

A Tormented Soul
Required Cultivation: Naissance
Dungeon Quest: Recommended Level 29+ Party BOSS battle
1. Speak to General Summer (521, 629) Southwest Archosaur
2. Speak to Puhui the Taoist (520, 628) Southwest Archosaur
3. Continue on to Quest Green Shirt Tomb

Hall of Deception
-Continued from Quest "A Tormented Soul"
-Kill Qingzi (Located in the Hall of Deception, can reach the Hall either by going into the Hero's Tomb Secret Entrance or teleport from Stone next to NPC's in Archosaur)

Need to kill Key Mob to open the door to his room. That one is melee p. atk and does not move so it is possible to kill it with ranged attacks without taking a single hit.

Qingzi
BOSS [Lvl 35] Close Range: Physical Melee Attack Far off: Earth Magic Damage
Recommended having a mage tank it as mages have Stone Barrier

1. Report to Puhui the Taoist (520, 628) Southwest Archosaur
Choose from:
-☆☆☆Heavy Cuisses of the Fallenr + Celestone of Earth: 1
-☆☆☆Belt of the Fallen Soul + Celestone of Earth: 1
-☆☆☆Blue-green Pants + Celestone of Earth: 1
-Reward (Gold: 2000 Exp: 7500 SP: 1500 Rep: 12)

    Did you do your cultivation already? You have to do that in order to get your call of duty quest.

    i just killed farng. do i still get this quest or i missed it?

    You can probably get it as soon as you complete your culti29.. you have to talk to a few more npc's after fang.

    ok.
    i'll try. i hope so... so there's no way i'll miss it right? anyway, do they have like a thread showcasing the items etc... so we know what kinda rare items are available.(like diablo did)

    Cultivation and challenge quests, if you have not yet gotten them, then you can always still get them. Actually especially with cultivations it becomes a little difficult to progress in the game if you do not complete them.

    At any rate, don't worry :) Those quests will still be there for you when you finish your cultivation.
