Login Issue

I am Running windows 2000 Pro

AMD 1800+
ATI Radeon 9000

768mb Ram

I am having difficulties with logging into the game.

When I login to the game, alot of the times the character select screen is empty, but I have 2 characters both on different servers. Sometimes I will log onto one server and see the character from the other server show up.

Any idea whats going on?

    Try to run a verify from the launcher first.

    Tried that many times, but tried it again. still not working right. this time a character comes up but not the one that should for that server

    Please rename the (by default) C:\Program Files\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International\element\userdata folder to userdata_old. Do another Verify from the launcher. This will clear nearly all cached data from your local system.
