help with paypal "daily limit exceeded"

this was yesterday that the message first appeared.... when is it going to go away?

i wrote to customer support, the email address that the direct link (next to the error message) gives me, and i got the email bumped back to me, saying that the address doesnt exist.

how much longer do i need to wait for the stupid thing to let me buy gold again with paypal?


and just to pre-empt anyone who would say it: i did not have insufficient funds. that's not the issue. it's exceeding the daily paypal limit that PERFECT WORLD sets, not paypal, cuz i CAN use paypal elsewhere with no problem
