Do regular monsters drop cards?...or just the snowmen?

....and what exactly do the Happy New Year things do?

    Every monster seems to be able to drop cards, but it appears that snowmen drop them the most. Everyone seems to have trouble getting them off anything but snowmen, but they DO drop.

    It's used for the Cube of Fate, a 40+ dungeon.

    Talk to the Adventure Assistant or Khatru Pup in big towns, then get information from the teleport master inside.

    I thought they only drop from 75+ mobs?

    No, they seem to drop from anything, but your CHARACTER has to be over 75. Also, snowmen seem to drop them regardless of your lvl.
