Manufacturing LVL - inablity to manufacture!

So for all my Crafts - Blacksmith, Craftsman, and Tailor (haven't gotten Apothecary yet) they are lvl 1 manufacturing from the time I got them. I decided I wanted to try out, so I went to the City of the Lost Tailor and hit manufacture "equipment", there was no lvl 1 equipment so the lvl 2 (and higher) equipment start button was blanked out. I went to the Blacksmiths, same issue, the Craftsman. So I thought it could be City of the Lost problem, headed to City of Plume, again tried to manufacture and there was no lvl 1 equipment listed, yet that is the equipment lvl that I need. This is the same for my lvl 5 (lvl 1 crafts person) barbarian Mustame. The problem is with my Venomancer Joccey, lvl 32 - please help as I've tried everything I can think of. Hit the GM button in game today and got no reply, I really would like some help!

    I don't know much about that situation about it and as far as hitting the gm button they usually don't come. You have to use a world chat to get a hold of them just ask for a gm. But otherwise take a screen shot of it that there is no lvl 1. Now thinking of it are you looking at the equipment lvl on it or are you looking at the bottom saying required lvl to manufacture? because it's two different things. Like for instance the weapon is lvl 4 but the required to craft is lvl 2. If that's the case give it a try to manufacture so see what you are looking at.

    [EDIT: I checked and I didn't have the right materials needed, had one missing. Also can't use world chat, also have no teleacoustics either... so I have no lovely way of getting a GM to me, not that they'd be able to help me anyway with some of their attitudes I've heard of!]
