I bought myself a Bronze Spirit Pack and a Bronze Guardian Pack to have a look at what the hype was about, and I got Small Rainbow Eggs.

One of the items I got from the eggs were 15 Blue Eggs, that restore 650 MP over 10 seconds, or so it says.

When I actually use this item, it restores the 650 MP, but the cooldown is around... a minute?

was wondering if it's meant to be like this o.o
