What is the max speed Nakir Judgment after upgrade?

Is anyone know what is the highest speed Nakir's Judgement (fire-flying-sword) has after upgrade with Wind Widgets, and how many wind widgets needed for this upgrade.

5 accelerated.

so like 100 would be needed i guess
