airpets and petite sawflys ?

you guys are allways talking about airpets and how strong they are, but where can you find those petite sawflys ? (as you can see, ima noob)
and i've seen once airpets and I tried to attack them, but i couldn't attack it, cuz it was too high.
confusing !

    They're flying above Bamboo Village, south of City of the Plume. Try to find one that's flying low, or get a flying character to pull one down for you.
