weapon manufacturing question

hi guys,i was wondering if you could answer a question i had bout manufacturing.Well i recently started few days ago and im confused with the manufacturing system.For example i see a lvl2 dual blade with lets say 32-54(guessing) and there's a dual blade with 38-65. i know bout the stars n stuff but there both 1 star weapons.So i don't understand how their stats can be different.If someone can clarify this for me, that'd be coolaaaa.cuz i wanna craft a a lvl 3 coalition blade,but i dont wanna bother waste my materials if i can buy it and get the same stats as i would manufacturing it.

    sometimes you get lucky and craft something wicked cool, sometimes you don't. Stars relate to the magic buffs I think? Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

    But you can totally get better stats on stuff you craft, you just have to craft it 10 times sometimes. But trust me, it's worth it. At least under lvl 25, for your armor it's way worth it. For weapons it seems that low level weapon crafting isn't enough to beat out quest weapons.

    ohh,so pretty much if i keep crafting it over and over,theres a chance the stats are gonna be different?
