do mages really almost 1 hit ko melee types also do the got stun skills or any effect skills

    It's rare to one shot a WR or WB of your level unless it's a lovely sandstorm crit (you'll learn to love those <3), and even then the WB would have to be a str build to be one shotted. The water skill tree has 3 spells that slow people down (doesn't work while in air). Sandstorm reduces accuracy by 50% for 10 seconds (maxed) and Force of Will silences the enemy for up to 5.0 seconds (maxed). The 59 earth doom has a very high chance to stun as well. Hailstorm has a 33% chance to freeze target for x.x seconds depending on level.

    Will of the Pheonix is also a knockback

    The knock-back effects of will of phoenix does not work in PvP. It is a great spell though, since it has a VERY FAST casting time and the AoE effect stays.

    If you're comparing between similar levels, I don't think any class is capable of one-shotting another (Unless someone gets a lucky crit). The only thing I could tell you is that Wizards are very good at taking down melee classes if you know what you're doing.

    archers 1 shot most robe classes with a crit + deadly / take aim / normal shot at end of there damage spectrum.

    I've 2 shotted a 90 full geared mage with a 70hh xbow =x
