the taoest wont alow me the fb29 tabs

im a lvl 52 untamed i got fb19 and fb39 tabs and did them , all done, the taoest will give me the quest but not the tabs ??? wy??? i realy dont care if i do thee fb29 BUT the system wont allow me to go forward till i do the fb 29 . i deleted or (trashed) all the quests to try to start over but allways leads me to the taoest in arcasour then he gives me the quest BUT NO TABLET???? i have @1000 US dollars tied up in this game im not going to start over NIETHER will i give up plz help ???
