Dq + Fb39

I am a lvl 48 and i finished a 21 dq quest
and i have a dq quests for 31 and 41
when i try to turn in the 21 i get the notic that the quest is already taken
In FB 39 I had 2 call of duty cards when we killd the boss every one but me got the blood and the last boss some one other used ther card and i got the blood
