Value of chocolate syrup?

I have 1 chocolate syrup in my safe and I seen a shop selling it for 100,000. What does it do and what is a reasonable price. (If anyone wants to buy come to City of The Lost in Heavens Tear.)

    It's an event item, the actual event starts on the 24th. They're not worth anything really, but because so few people know about the item, people tend to try to scam them.

    One single chocolate syrup isn't going to be worth anything.

    Getting a dozen or so might though, so hold onto it and try to get more.
