Grade 16+ armor weps

First of all, I'm talking about the GRADE of the bows NOT the REQUESTED LVL of them.

Well, where do I get arrows for bows that are not on the blacksmith?

Or do they need arrows at all?

Sorry for asking, I'm still a noob.

but doesn't the blacksmith only go up to like lvl 52? what about higher lvl bows

you go to a higher level city and they have a blackmisth that makes higher level weps, not to mention 60+ is all TT/mold weps
