mouse problem

umm so ya i press the umm flag button[e.e the button between ALT and CTRL] while in full screen so i can look at the game guide and i try to get back into the game but the mouse doesnt change into game mouse it stays white and everytime i try pressing it it minisize my game e.e. anyone know how to fix this?
i dont have this problem while playing in window but window mode is really annoying.

    The Windows key will interrupt focus in a Windows XP installation. Unfortunately, few pre-Vista video drivers implement full screen loss of focus accurately. Updating your graphics drivers and Installing East Asian Language support may help, but the Windowed Mode is the only reliable solution within the Windows XP operating system.

    oh thax umm will this language pack change my pc in anyway O.o? other than maybe this mouse thing i guess xD

    It'll provide support for a few different things, ranging from Chinese fonts to unusual keyboard formats, if you do not have them already, but nothing that will negatively affect usability (or even be noticable) outside of getting rid of otherwise hard-to-detect errors.
