Edible Pigment?

I was mining coal, and gathered by chance, some edible pigment. It says it is used in chocolate making.

So, what is chocolate, and chocolate making? Would it be any use to a lvl 14 or should I just sell it? Or keep it I guess.

Any information would be nice.

Sadly, the chocolate items can only be eaten if you're lvl 20 or higher... So, if you think that you won't be reaching lvl 20 in the near future, maybe you can consider on selling it.
