No MMO's I know of have inbuilt voice chat but I have always used Skype....just Google Skype.

A few other games do, but I'd rather we not discuss them in the "talk about how to start in PWI" forum; it's a bit off-topic.

There are currently no internal voice chat systems with the Perfect World client. Depending on what your goal is, I'd recommend looking into Skype, xFire, Steam, or Gizmo5 (for smaller one-to-one conversations); or more sophisticated solutions like Ventrilo, Mumble, or TeamSpeak (for guild- or large-group solutions).
