I'm not sure if this exists, but in Technical suggestions, for the mirrored sites of the patches, make it a sticky or somewhere easy to find. As I know that there are alot of us needing the mirror sites but I have trouble finding the area on the forums for the links. So my suggestion, make the manual (mirrored site) patch links as a sticky in the Technical support area, and as new patches come add to that stickied list. Hope somebody will reply to this!
