How do you get the phoenix and hercules?

This is a fairly pointless question as I'll probably never get them, but how do you get the phoenix and Hercules? All I know is the pet battle pack thing gives you some of an idea and you take it to a guy in archosaur. But, how many of the item do you need for them? Do you pick which of the two items or is it random? What level do you have to be to use those pets? Around how much would it cost in real money to buy enough of the item to make one of those pets? What's an estimate of how much it would cost in game money to buy one from another player?

    You need either 9999 phoenix feathers for the phoenix or 9999 source of power for hercules.
    You can't pick which item you get.
    Not sure about the lvl.
    I think it would cost around 200$-300$.
    If you want to buy the pet from another player you better have over 20 million coins.
