Patch thingy doesn't work

Past hour I've been trying to download the new patch server.
I click on the 1-57 patch looking thing and the click doesn't go anywhere.My email says nothing about me getting banned.But i did get some helpfull feedback on how to make my game run better.
Is the servers up yet and is there another way to download this game client?
It wont work I stop trying now,its driving me crazy b:cry lol
