Another Error Updating

Now The Update Gets To Just Over Half Way But Then It Sais Interupted Try Again.
I Tried The Amual Update An It Is DownLoads But At A Speed Of 3KB/s at its top speed on average it about 1KB/s...Ok The Download Just Canelled....
I Need Help.
