What's a scroll III - Tales of Perfect World?
it has marcks that i can get some exp, coins and sp, but how? what can i do with it?

    it dosen't change anything... besides i can't sign in... the server is striking

    Are you the right minimum lvl for it?

    i don't know, though i got it some lvl's back... 4lvl's maybe.
    i can't connect to the server so i'll have to wait to get more info about the item.
