messenger of the sages quest

can anyone plz tell me what do i need to do to finish the quest you get from messenger of the sages (badges of dex, str, etc)

    Are you asking where you get the badges from?
    Generally from special events, a number of which aren't in the game at the moment.

    Yeah, it can't be completed at the moment, but you can use them to get level 90 weapons.

    Do Dragon Quests for Wisdom badge.
    Speed badge is earned at 2 daily races, but you have to be lvl 40+ to participate.
