What's with these new monsters?

Leolf - Heavens Tear

Has anybody else noticed these? Lvl ? Sword tamer near silver pool at 470 565, immune to damage lvl 100 River Cross Captain near plume at 307 440, and some other lvl ? thing near arrowhead manor, I think around 441 470. Anybody know why these things are there?

LadyTwilight - Sanctuary

The "?" monsters drop pages for level 89 spiritual cultivation, or so I've heard.

Try to avoid them, the ? = level 150

they are part of the quest chain for lvl 70+ players that come out with the expansion

? doesnt mean level 150. It means their level is unknown.
